Toasting

Toasting is one of the most critical moments because it is when the coffee characteristics are developed: aroma, flavor, acidity, etc.. In Cafés Batalla we use the aeration roasting to obtain a uniform and perfect result. Technology allows us to automate all phases of the process, so our toaster programs the temperature and time depending on the type / quality of coffee we need.

The optimal roasting point is marked by our expert coffee roaster.
